Sometimes we need help identifying what gets in the way of living the life we want. In our fast paced world is it easy to lose ourselves in the shuffle, to become disconnected with what matters, to lose touch with what actually makes life worth living.
My goal is to help you identify and move toward what truly matters to you, even in the face of challenging emotions and circumstances.
During your therapy sessions with me you will be provided with concrete skills to manage difficult emotions, improve relationships, and build a meaningful life. I use my knowledge and training in several evidence-based practices to customize a treatment plan that will work for your specific goals.
I currently offer evidence-based therapy for individuals, in person or virtually.
